Due to the secondhand nature of our designer inventory, all items are sold as-is and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Each piece is carefully curated and may show signs of prior use, which are reflected in the product description and images.

We encourage all customers to review product details thoroughly before completing their purchase.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review and assist accordingly.
